Toolora ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Terms document explains how our Atlassian Forge apps (the "Apps") collect, use, and protect information when you use them.

2. Information We Collect

Our Apps only collect and process the following information:

  • User Account ID: A numeric identifier provided by Atlassian/Jira to authenticate and authorize users within the Apps. This is not personally identifiable information (PII) and is used solely for app functionality.

Our Apps do not collect, store, or process any other personal data, including but not limited to names, email addresses, or other identifiers.

3. How We Use Information

  • The User Account ID is used exclusively to:
    • Authenticate users within the Apps
    • Enable core features of the Apps (e.g., task management, reporting, etc.)

We do not use this information for marketing, analytics, or any purpose beyond providing the Apps’ functionality.

4. Data Storage and Security

  • All data processed by our Apps remains within the Atlassian/Jira ecosystem and is not transmitted or stored outside of it.
  • We do not retain or export any user data beyond what is necessary for the Apps to function during an active session.
  • Our Apps use Atlassian’s Forge platform and adhere to Atlassian’s security and privacy standards.

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

  • We do not share, sell, or disclose any user data, including the User Account ID, to third parties.
  • Our Apps do not integrate with external services or APIs that would require data sharing.

6. User Rights

  • Since our Apps do not collect or store PII, standard privacy rights do not apply beyond what is provided by Atlassian/Jira.
